Cancellations for individual reservations

Hotel Natur must be notified of cancellation in writing, no later than three days before arrival date. Cancellations made less than three days before arrival date will be charged 100% of the first night of their reservation. If we are not notified of a cancellation in writing, the reservation will be charged 100% of whole stay.

Group cancellations

Hotel Natur must be notified of group cancellations in writing no later than 8 weeks before arrival date.

Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival date will be charged 50% of their reservation.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival date will be charged 100% of their reservation.

Cancellations of rooms within a group reservation

Hotel Natur must be notified of cancellations of rooms within a confirmed group in writing no later than 4 weeks before arrival date. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the group´s arrival date will be charged 50% of the guests booking. Cancellations made less than three days before the group´s arrival date will be charged 100% of the guests booking.
